Library Clearance
Library Clearance Letter is required for:
Graduation registration
Certificate collection
Transfer/leaving university
Academic leave
Requirements: No active loans and fines, and thesis has been uploaded to the repository.
Thesis Requirements
Mandatory Deposit
Every student must submit 1 hardcopy of their thesis to the library
Repository Upload
Must upload softcopy to institutional repository (repo.unida.gontor.ac.id)
Plagiarism Check
Thesis must pass plagiarism check with maximum 25% similarity
Fine Policy
Late Return
Rp 500 / book / day
Lost/Damaged Book
Replace with same book or 2x book price
